Coldreach

Coldreach is an offline singleplayer game. It has no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours behind it. Everything you play is generated on your device and stays there. The one thing that ever leaves your phone is a purchase, and Google Play handles that, not us. This page says what that means in detail.

Who we are

Coldreach (the "App") is operated by LUKIC ENGINEERING DOO, a company registered in Belgrade, Serbia (company registration number 22169084, tax number PIB 115515540). We are the data controller for the little that is described below.

What the App collects: nothing

There is no account to create and nothing to log in to. We receive no personal data from the App, because the App sends none.

The App runs no analytics. It contains no advertising SDK, no tracking SDK, and no crash reporting service. It builds no profile of you and reports nothing about how you played to us or to anyone else.

It shows no ads of any kind.

What is stored on your device

Your matches and your settings are written to the App's own private storage on your device:

• Saved matches, so a match in progress resumes where you left it.
• Settings, such as sound volume, interface scale, and how far you have got through the tutorial prompts.
• Whether the full unlock is owned, stored as a yes or no value.

None of it is personal data, none of it is transmitted, and no copy of it exists anywhere but your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.

Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The App offers one optional paid item, a one-time full unlock. The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details, your card, or your billing address. Google confirms the purchase back to the App, and what the App keeps on your device is a yes or no value saying the unlock is owned. Google keeps its own record of the sale, as the seller.

Google Play acts as its own data controller for that transaction, under Google's Privacy Policy. Restoring a purchase on a new device asks Google Play for what you already own, so it reaches Google and not us.

The purchase is the only part of the App that uses a network connection. Everything else, including starting a match, saving one and keeping an unlock you already own, works with the device offline.

What we never collect

• Your name, email address, or phone number. There is nowhere in the game to type them.
• Your contacts, photos, or files.
• Your location. The App never requests the location permission and never reads it.
• Your device's Advertising ID. The App contains no ad SDK to read it.
• How you play. No match, score, seed or session is reported to us.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data, and we hold none of yours to sell. The only third party involved at all is Google Play, and only when you buy the unlock or restore it. Its handling of that transaction is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

How long anything is kept

Your saves and settings stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App. We keep nothing, for any length of time, because nothing reaches us. Google's retention for purchase records is set by Google and described in its own policy.

Deleting your data

Because there is no account and no server, there is nothing for us to delete on request. What exists, you control directly:

• Saves and settings: clear the App's data from your device settings, under Apps, or uninstall the App. Either removes them completely.
• Your purchase record: held by Google Play as the seller. Manage it from your Google Play account.

Deleting the App's data also deletes the record that the unlock was bought. You can restore it at no cost through Google Play, on any device signed in to the account that bought it.

Your rights

Wherever you play, you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. In practice there is nothing of yours for us to act on, since we hold nothing. If you want to exercise a right against us anyway, write to [email protected] and we will answer, including when the honest answer is that we hold nothing. For purchase data, those rights point at Google. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The App is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and it is not part of any Google Play families programme. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will act on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Please check back now and then.
