the hotter i run, the faster they come.
Every shot heats the gun. Hot means more damage and more of them coming, so every few seconds you decide: cash it in now, or take one more. Runs last minutes. Most of them end because you waited.
Trailer
The trade
Run the gun hot and your damage climbs to two and a half times normal. The same heat brings them in faster.
Reward and price sit on the same bar, and you watch both of them move.
Vent
One button turns the whole bonus into a nova. The swarm goes back, you go cold, and the climb starts again.
You picked the moment. That is the part that feels good.
The redline
Cross the line and the weapon locks. No payout, no nova, just you drifting through the swarm with nothing until it cools.
Every run has the moment you nearly got away with it.
What is out there
Nothing out there shoots. They come to touch you, and each kind wants something different from your heat.
Between levels
Level up and three upgrades drop on the floor. Fly into one to take it, so picking is a route through the swarm and never a pause.
None of them is a flat damage percent. They move where the reward sits, change what the vent leaves behind, and one of them makes the redline itself detonate.
After the run
Six commendations, each a single flight's worth of asking: five minutes alive, a hundred kills, a vent at 95 percent, six taken with one nova.
Behind them, twenty two log lines the drone wrote on its way down. You unlock each one by staying alive past the time it carries.
