Privacy Policy
Shooting Expert
Effective date: August 10, 2026
There is no account in this game and no server of ours behind it. Your progress is written to one file on your own device and stays there. The only things that leave your phone come from Google services built into the App: the ads it shows, and your scores and achievements if you sign in to Play Games. This page says what each one does.
Who we are
Shooting Expert (the "App") is published by LUKIC ENGINEERING DOO, a company registered in Belgrade, Serbia (company registration number 22169084, tax number PIB 115515540). We are the data controller for the little that is described below.
You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
What the game itself collects: nothing
There is no sign-up, no profile, and nowhere to type your name or email. The App runs no analytics, bundles no tracking SDK, and sends us no record of how you played. We operate no server, so there is no account of yours anywhere to hold.
What is stored on your device
The App keeps a single save file on your device. It holds your best score and star rating for each level, the highest level you have unlocked, your best Arcade run, your career and global score totals, the hit counters behind the achievements (bottles, poppers, head shots, centre shots), your control settings (aim and gyro sensitivity, invert up and down, invert left and right, sound, vibration, music and effects volume), the position and size you set for the on-screen buttons, and your Armory loadout (cosmetic tokens, the guns you own, the one you have equipped, and the dates behind the daily claim and the daily rewarded-ad limit). None of it is sent anywhere. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
What leaves your device
Two Google services are built into the App.
Ads (Google AdMob)
Two kinds of ad appear. In the Armory there is a WATCH AD button that pays cosmetic tokens for a rewarded video, up to five times a day, and it only plays if you press it. Between levels there is an occasional full-screen ad: never in the first five levels, then at most every fifth level you finish, never less than eight minutes apart, and never when you press Retry. There is no banner and no ad on launch.
The ads are served by Google AdMob, which uses your device's resettable Advertising ID. Google's ad SDK also collects, on Google's own behalf, your IP address (which Google may use to estimate the general area you are in), device and app details such as model, Android version and language, and what you did with the ad, such as whether it was requested, watched or tapped. We never receive any of it. Google acts as its own controller for that data, under Google's Privacy Policy.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form appears before the ad SDK starts, so you decide first. If you decline, the App requests no ads and stays fully playable. You can change that choice at any time from SETTINGS > PRIVACY > ADS CONSENT inside the game, which reopens Google's form wherever a standing choice applies to you. You can reset or delete the Advertising ID itself on your device under Settings > Google > Ads.
Leaderboards and achievements (Google Play Games)
Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and handled entirely by Google. The App only learns whether you are signed in. When you are, it submits your best score for a level whenever you beat it, your all-time and global score totals and your best Arcade run, and it unlocks achievements as your hit counters pass their thresholds. That is the whole of it. The App never sees your Google email or profile details, and the name shown next to your score is the one you chose in Play Games.
Those scores and achievements live in your Google Play Games profile, not with us, which also means we cannot delete them for you. Google lets you remove the data for a single game or your whole Play Games profile: see Delete your Play Games data or Play Games profile. If you never sign in, nothing is submitted and the game plays the same.
Gyroscope
The App reads your device's gyroscope to aim. The readings are used on your device as you play and are never stored, transmitted or shared. How strongly they move the sights is yours to set under SETTINGS > CONTROLS, and devices without a gyroscope aim by dragging on the screen instead.
Permissions
The App and the Google SDKs it bundles declare these Android permissions:
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: needed to load ads and reach Play Games
- AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS and FOREGROUND_SERVICE: added by the Google Mobile Ads SDK
- VIBRATE: haptic feedback on hits and menu presses, which you can switch off in Settings
The App requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts or storage permission.
What we never collect
- Your name, email address or phone number. There is nowhere in the game to enter them.
- Your contacts, photos or files.
- Your location. The App never requests the location permission. (Google's ad SDK does see your IP address, as described above.)
- How you play. No score, level, session or setting is reported to us.
Purchases
The App is free and has nothing to buy. Cosmetic tokens are earned by playing, by a daily claim and by the rewarded ads described above. There is no way to pay for them, no in-app purchase and no subscription, so no payment or billing data is involved at all.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data, and we hold none of it to sell. The services above are Google services acting as independent controllers for what they collect:
- Google AdMob, including the Google User Messaging Platform consent SDK, serves the ads.
- Google Play Games Services runs the leaderboards and achievements.
Their handling of that data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and, for advertising partners, the Google Privacy and Terms pages.
How long anything is kept
Your save file stays on your device until you erase the App's data or uninstall it. We keep nothing, for any length of time, because nothing reaches us. Retention for ads and Play Games data is set by Google and described in its own policy.
Deleting your data
There is no account and no server, so there is nothing for us to delete on request. What exists, you control directly:
- Your progress on the device: uninstalling the App, or clearing its data in Android settings, removes the save file.
- Your scores and achievements: managed through Google Play Games, at your Google Account dashboard.
- Your Advertising ID: reset or deleted on your device under Settings > Google > Ads.
Your rights
Wherever you play, you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. In practice those rights point at Google here rather than at us, since Google holds anything there is. If you want to exercise a right against us anyway, write to [email protected] and we will answer, including when the honest answer is that we hold nothing to act on. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Data security
We store no player data on any server of ours, so there is none of it to breach on our side. The Google services listed above apply their own security measures.
Age
The App is intended for players aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and it is not part of any Google Play families programme. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will act on it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Please check back now and then.
