Delete Your Data
Shooting Expert: Reload
You can delete your online account and data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
If you still have the game installed
This is the fastest way and it deletes everything yourself, right away:
- Open Settings from the main menu.
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Tap Delete Online Data.
- Confirm. If you also want to wipe this device's local progress, tick that option in the same dialog.
If you have uninstalled the game
Email us at [email protected] and tell us:
- Your in-game display name, and
- Whether you signed in with Google Play Games (and if so, from which Google account), which lets us find and delete the right account.
One honest note: the game is anonymous by design. If your account was never linked to Google Play Games and you no longer have the device, there is no email or login attached to it, so we may not be able to single it out from a display name alone. Reinstalling and using the in-game button is then the reliable way to remove it. We answer deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account itself.
- Your leaderboard entries (high score, gates cleared, duel rating).
- Your duel rating, duel history, and stats.
- Your season progress and cloud save (unlocks, coins, settings).
- Your Google Play Games link, if you had one.
What stays
- Ghost runs you posted remain in the world as content other players race against, but they are anonymized: your name is removed and the run is no longer linked to you.
- This device's local progress stays unless you also chose to wipe it. Deleting online data resets you to a fresh anonymous profile the next time you play.
- Purchases you made through Google Play are on your Google account. If you reinstall and are still signed in to Google Play, items you paid for are restored from your Play receipt.
