Privacy Policy
Shooting Expert: Reload
Effective date: July 8, 2026
This game lets you play anonymously. You never give us your name, email, or phone number. But to run leaderboards, duels, and cloud saves, we do hold a small amount of data tied to an anonymous ID for your device. This page explains exactly what that is, who can see it, and how to delete it.
Who we are
Shooting Expert: Reload (the "App") is operated by LUKIC ENGINEERING DOO BEOGRAD, a company registered in Belgrade, Serbia (company registration number 22169084, tax number PIB 115515540). We are the data controller for the data described below.
You can reach us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you first launch the App it creates an anonymous account for you. There is no sign-up and no email. Here is everything tied to that account:
Anonymous device ID
A random identifier generated on your device the first time you play. It is the account behind all your online data (scores, duels, cloud save). It is not your phone's hardware ID and it does not identify you as a person. It exists so your progress survives across sessions and can be restored on our server.
Display name
The name you choose in the game. It is public: it appears next to your scores on leaderboards, on the "ghost" runs other players race against, and in the match history of players you duel. Pick a nickname, not your real name, if you would rather stay anonymous. Names are checked against a basic filter for offensive content.
Gameplay records
Scores, gates cleared, duel results and rating, season progress, and your cloud save (your unlocks, coins, and settings). We store these so leaderboards, ranked duels, and cross-device restore work.
Google Play Games (only if you link it)
If you sign in with Google Play Games, we store the Play Games player ID that Google gives us, linked to your anonymous account. We use it only to restore your progress after a reinstall or on a new device. The App never sees your Google email or profile.
IP address (briefly, for abuse protection)
When your device contacts our server we see its IP address, as any internet service does. We use it only to rate-limit account creation and block abuse. We do not store the raw IP address for this: it is turned into a one-way hash, kept for a short time window, then pruned. Our server's operational logs may briefly include request IP addresses. Those logs sit in a small buffer that is capped in size and rotates as it fills, and we do not archive them, so anything in them is short-lived.
Advertising ID
The App shows occasional opt-in rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob uses your device's resettable Advertising ID to serve ads. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland we show Google's consent form (UMP) first, and you can change your choice any time from Settings inside the game. You can reset or limit the Advertising ID in your device settings under Settings > Google > Ads.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. On our side we only keep a flag saying which items you own, so we can give you what you paid for.
What we never collect
- Your real name, email address, or phone number.
- Your contacts, photos, or files.
- Your location (we do not request location permission).
- Recordings of your aim or inputs. During a duel or ghost race your inputs are checked live on the server for fair play and then discarded. They are never saved.
- Any analytics or behavioral tracking. The App ships with no telemetry. If that ever changes we will update this policy and the Google Play Data Safety form before it does.
What is public
Competitive features are social by design. Your display name and scores are visible to other players on leaderboards, on ghost runs they race against, and in the duel history of players you face. Everything else (your cloud save, settings, purchases) is private to your account.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We work with these providers:
- Google AdMob — serves the opt-in rewarded ads.
- Google Play Services and Google Play Games Services — sign-in and progress restore, if you link them.
- Google Play Billing — handles all purchases.
- Our game server is self-hosted on infrastructure we rent (a hosting provider acting as our processor under a data processing agreement). Your data stays under our control there.
Google acts as an independent controller for the data it collects through AdMob, Play Billing, and Play Games. Their handling is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
How long we keep it
Your account data stays until you delete it (see below) or until an account is inactive long enough for us to clear it. Hashed IP windows are pruned within their short throttling window. Server logs sit in a small size-capped buffer and are not archived. Backups of our database are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted data disappears from backups within that period.
Deleting your data
You are in control. You can delete your online account and data at any time:
- In the game: open Settings > Privacy > Delete Online Data. This removes your account, leaderboard entries, duel rating and history, season progress, and cloud save from our server. You can also erase this device's local progress in the same step.
- If you have uninstalled the game: see our account deletion page.
Ghost runs you posted stay in the world as content other players can still race, but they are anonymized: your name is removed and the run is no longer linked to you. Deleting your data simply resets you to a fresh anonymous profile the next time you play.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. The quickest way to exercise deletion is the in-game button above. For an access request or any other right, email us at [email protected]. Note that for a purely anonymous account we can only act on a request if you can identify the account (for example from the device itself or a linked Google Play Games profile). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes appear on this page with a new effective date. Please check back now and then.
